February has been one of those months where you pause for a second and think: wait, when did all of this happen?

In the meantime, we’ve been focused on the things that make everyday work smoother. The Octily Content Editor received a significant update, bringing scheduled publishing, exportable reporting, and clearer visibility into what’s changing and why.
We also looked at something less technical but just as important: creative consistency and stability in employee experience. Because when pages connect and change slows down, work simply feels better.
There were also a few internal milestones worth celebrating: Susan officially stepping into the CSOO role, Daniel marking seven years as our CTO, and Fernanda celebrating her first year with us and already outgrowing the “junior” label.
