About the Role
As a (Senior) Project Manager at Octily you are the most important gear in our well-oiled machine:
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Your are in the middle of everything, you orchestrate the team.
- You take client projects from contract signature to go live.
- You absorb diverse requirements of our clients and turn them into actionable items for the team.
- You qualify work results and proudly pass them back to our contacts on the client side.
- And while you do, you always keep an eye on their time and budget.
- You will communicate with our clients through e-mail and Teams, follow up project progress in Notion, create tickets in Asana, chat with the team on Slack, and track times using Mite.
About you
- You are based in Germany, or (almost) anywhere*
- You speak English (+1 for German or other languages)
- You are very happy to work from home (’cuz we don’t have a fancy office)
- You are able to organize yourself
- You have a good sense for timing and are not too shy to ask for help if you get stuck
- You love to work in a team
- You are passionate to get things done
- You like to make clients happy
- You see deadlines as your daily dose of cookies
- You have worked with corporate clients before
- You have worked in international environments before
- You have worked with Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba Cloud, or EdCast before
