Yes, you can upgrade your package at any time. Please contact our support team to discuss your needs and the best package for your requirements.
Each package comes with a specific number of support hours tailored to your needs. For example:
- The SMALL package includes 4 support hours.
- The MEDIUM package includes 8 support hours.
- The LARGE package includes 12 support hours.
Support can cover any aspect of your Career Site Template, including help with setup in Cornerstone, using the editor, or even design support. If you need more support hours than what is included in your package, you can always purchase extra support hours.
Yes, you can make changes to your Career Site after it goes live. Our live configuration feature allows you to update your site in real-time, ensuring it always reflects your latest branding and content.
If you need more support hours than what is included in your package, you can purchase additional support hours. Contact our support team to arrange for extra support as needed.
Once you choose your package and complete the necessary steps, you will receive a tailored contract within 3 working days. After that, we can schedule a kick-off call at your convenience, as our remote team works across multiple time zones. Following the kick-off call and configuration, your Career Site can go live shortly thereafter, depending on the customization and content requirements.
