## What Octily does

Octily implements, optimizes and migrates Cornerstone OnDemand as a certified partner (consulting, training and enablement included), and designs and builds branded digital experiences inside it. That covers learner homes, welcome pages, login screens, career sites, custom pages, onboarding flows, gamification mechanics, internal communications, and the creative assets (brand, illustration, video, photography) that surround them.

The studio also ships its own products that sit on top of Cornerstone: Octily Content Editor (OCE, page editing without dev work), Cornerstone MicroApps (embeddable widgets), Podcast Studio (audio learning), Welcome Page Template, Career Site Template, and Chatbot Studio.

Project-based pricing, scoped per engagement. Typical Cornerstone customization projects run 8–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller deliverables (single welcome page, login page, single template) ship in 2–4 weeks. Product licenses (OCE, Chatbot Studio, Podcast Studio) are quoted separately based on user count and Cornerstone configuration.
