What to expect
About the role
You're at the center of everything.
You lead projects that help global HR teams customize Cornerstone Galaxy, Saba Cloud, and EdCast. From first conversation to go live. From idea to real impact.
Main tasks
- Lead client projects from kickoff to go live
- Translate client needs into clear tasks for the team
- Coordinate developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Keep track of timelines, scope, and budget
- Ensure quality before delivering to clients
- Communicate clearly and regularly with clients
- Solve challenges where no perfect answer exists
- Keep projects moving forward
Tools stay simple: Slack or Teams, Notion, GitLab, Mite
About you
You enjoy bringing structure into complex situations and making things move.
You are comfortable managing multiple topics at once and keeping people aligned.
- Live in Germany or within our supported countries
- Speak English. Extra languages are a plus
- Are comfortable working remotely
- Can organize your work and manage your time
- Ask questions when needed
- Like working in a team
- Care about getting things done
- Enjoy working with clients
