About the role

As an Administration Generalist at Octily, you form the contractual and financial foundation. You manage all paperwork throughout the organization and within unique client lifecycles.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Oversee and manage all contractual documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurately maintained, and readily accessible.
Handle the invoicing process, including creation, distribution, and tracking of invoices, as well as addressing related queries.
Organize and coordinate events, including planning, logistics, and execution.
Assist with various HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and maintaining employee records.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition with orientation and initial training sessions.
Ensure all operations are compliant with general standards, including proper handling of personal data and privacy policies.

About you

You are based in Germany, or almost anywhere worldwide.
You speak English (bonus for German or other languages).
You are happy to work from home.
You are able to organize yourself and have a good sense for timing.
You love to work in a team and are passionate about getting things done.
You like to make clients happy and see deadlines as your daily dose of motivation.
