This year, we took our **Offsite** to the next level by co-hosting it with **talessio**. Founded by **Michael Mehl**, **talessio** focuses on simplifying and transforming HR. They design, implement, integrate, and maintain HR platforms, ensuring that HR and IT departments work in harmony. Hosted at the inspiring **Creative Basement** of **The Met Hotel Amsterdam**, this four-day event was packed with brainstorming, strategic workshops, and plenty of fun! Here’s what we achieved: 1. **“The best of both worlds” in action**: Our joint initiative combines **talessio’s deep knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand implementations** with **Octily’s unique customizations, products, and templates**. Together, we’re shaping a future where clients benefit from both **technological expertise** and **creative brilliance**, delivering fully personalized experiences on the Cornerstone platform. 2. **Creative customizations and strategic services**: Through focused workshops, we refined how **Octily’s customizations** seamlessly integrate with **talessio’s implementation approach**.
