    What challenge stood out most during the transition?

    Henrik Karlsson: “The split experience between our existing system, CSX, and Cornerstone Learn. It felt like two separate platforms. That created a barrier for users. Octily suggested a shared header and unified design, and it worked. The experience feels seamless now, even if technically the platforms are still distinct.”

    Did that solution affect adoption?

    Henrik Karlsson: “Absolutely. It made change management easier. We didn’t need to introduce a new platform. Instead, we extended what people already knew. That gave us a smooth rollout and a much more consistent user journey.”

    How do you drive internal communication and adoption?

    Henrik Karlsson: “We work with dedicated change management and communications teams, and we involve them early. We use internal platforms, email, and in-platform messaging. For this rollout, Octily helped us build banners and videos directly into the experience. These touchpoints keep the message visible and relevant every time someone logs in.”

    What advice would you give others planning a cornerstone learn rollout?

    Henrik Karlsson: “Keep the user journey at the center. Most people don’t use these platforms every day. The design has to be intuitive and engaging enough to bring them back. Also, don’t limit yourself to what’s available by default. Ask your vendor what’s possible. That’s where customizations can really change the game.”

    It didn’t feel like launching a new platform. It felt like expanding an experience our employees already knew. That made all the difference.
